Leadership Academy

The ARA ART Leadership Academy supports representatives of smaller Romani nonprofit organisations and initiatives in their personal and professional development. Through training in various fields, inspiration, and the sharing of experiences, it contributes to the further development and capacity-building of both organisations and individuals. The project primarily supports smaller or starting initiatives carried out or planned by socially active Roma from various parts of the Czech Republic.

The current cycle of the Leadership Academy began in March 2026 and will last two years.
