Leadership

Forms of artivism vary depending on their historical context and the use of technology and media. In general, artivism uses critical imagination to design events and strategies that raise new questions and new meanings to respect ways of being.The central vision of this project is to support the leadership skills of a mixed group of young people in the field of arts. The primary purpose of this program is to connect different types of social and professional groups and establish strong cooperation within civil society in our country. (Roma, Czechs, Vietnamese, Jews, Poles, Slovaks, environmentalists, LGBT, women, artists, or people working in the field of human rights).

The project supports representatives of smaller Roma non-profit organizations at the level of their personal and professional development. Throughout education, inspiration, sharing, and experiences mentoring contribute to further development and capacity building at organizational development or start-up initiatives. The project mainly supports smaller, or beginning initiatives implemented or want to be implemented by civically active Roma from various parts of the Czech Republic.
